In 0.18 I beat most of the game, and started from the beginning in 0.19 but my save started overlapping, and my mouse can't click on anything. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it has not worked.

So whenever all the objects show up on the screen and you can't click anything its usually caused by your antivirus blocking the autosave function of the game and causing a mini crash. Try adjusting the settings of your antivirus and it should fix it. 

fixed it, apparently installing the game using the itch app instead of the website breaks it for me?
