hi is it possible that in extended version from patreon there is all scenes unlock button or something, i want to buy they patreon version after completting the normal one but i dont want to play for hours again and do all money stuff and all

You don’t have to do that, as both versions are compatible.
Your saved progress should work on the Patreon version. (Be sure to make a backup of your saves before updating)
