Try to just reset your PC I had the same problem to but it was the PC that glitched when I restarted it it worked perfectly don't press the off button on PC go into the settings and turn it off on the screen leave it off for about 30 seconds then turn it back on
I have not tested the android version yet but I'll be testing it today to find glitches keep in mind I'm not the owner of the game I only play so often to find glitches that need to be fixed
