Sir, first of all, the game itself is so unkind. I have no idea the direction of this game, and all that was left after the game was over was unpleasant feelings. I feel like I'm playing in the middle of something that's not at all scary or ambiguous about what I want to teach you as a lesson. Not everyone feels that way, but at least I did. Always fighting and happy new year
I wasn't too sure about this game in the beginning, but after working a couple of days I realized I could do this for the rest of my life and be happy about it
The camera keeps shaking extremely violently on the z axis (most likely because of the below average frame rate ) so i wasn't able to get very far. might come back and try again later but i thought you should know about the shaking. the shaking doesn't make it unplayable, but it comes close.feels like my character is utterly shit faced. try multiplying the shake intensity by the delta time.
Just finished it, and while I think this game has a lot to offer in terms of creative environments and purposefully frustrating gameplay, just not for me. Thursday especially was mind-numbing.
Just be prepared - this game will try to break you!
Game time is definitely not 20-25 mins, I would adjust that! The maze alone took me about 20 mins, maybe if I had a map...
I've never personally felt so drawn to a game's story before, this whole theme of working is something that has been bothering my mind for quite a while now, and playing this game really hit hard. The Visuals and gameplay is just perfect. 10/10 game tbh
In terms of theme and environment, the game is amazing! Very simple yet it hits close to home. In terms of mechanics, it gets borderline unplayable at times. Specifically, the mouse sensitivity. I can't even get past the ending it's so difficult to deal with. It massively detracts from the experience, at least for me.
Edit: I was writing this in the middle of playing the game, the sensitivity fixed itself once I clicked back in. I guess it was just a bug. It still kinda sucks, but it's playable.
Edit 2 (within the span of a minute): Forget it, it breaks OFTEN. I hope you can fix this but until then it's a no for me.
Sorry for replying almost a week later. What'll happen is I would move my mouse slightly and the screen would spin violently and keep spinning even if the mouse isn't moving.
The game broke for me in 3 different spots- 2 while playing in the Opera web browser, and 1 after I downloaded it in the hopes of avoiding bugs. I couldn't move or look around, the only thing that still worked was holding right click to view the to-do list. The first 2 both took place on Tuesday, the first was right after I paid, and the second time was right after I ate. The 3rd one happened just now on Friday, right after the first(?) work. The animations and music still work just fine, but I can't move or look around. All 3 times I was unable to get it to work again and I restarted for the first 2. I don't want to replay the whole week again, so I'm not replaying it this time around.
