is it just me or whenever i try to open the game it just says if i run it its gonna put my pc at risk can someone help i really wanna play this game

Mine says this too, if you press "more info" on the pc at risk screen, a button saying "run anyways" comes up and pressing that starts up the game on Windows 10 at least which is what I'm using
