I would also like to know if pregnancy is planned for future content.
There are no immediate plans to add pregnancy content. Due to the branching paths, it would not be easy to work that into the story at the current time. It may be considered for a future expansion.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for when the game is closer to completion. Either way keep up the good work :)
