if you have issue "Your video card drivers seem to not support the required vulkan version"
then try this
Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced System Setting > Enviroment Variables > Path > Edit > New > Browse > Then You Search the File Buckshot Roulette > Ok > Then you open cmd > then typing this > "Buckshot Roulette" --rendering-driver opengl3
then problem solve
