No not currently and possibly not ever. The dev won't update this game i doubt.
So why is there an option to buy the game then? I bought it and I've spent quite some time trying to figure out how to actually play it.

nope it’s not available on Mac
it says when you go to by it, that it is only for windows and linux
Next time before buying a game, read through the comments and find out before-hand.
