This game has so much potential, I dearly hope you add to this. An endless mode with random modifiers, more items, different weapons, or challenge modes would be amazing, or at the very least an option to play again instead of the game closing when you win.
Music and atmosphere are perfect as is, though I do wish the dealer was a bit smarter. Sometimes he'll just shoot himself when there's nothing but live rounds in the chamber.
Playing this against other real players would also be amazing, though I imagine that would be pretty difficult to implement.
My one real complaint is with the amount of items you get in the final round, oftentimes they'll singlehandedly win or lose you the game regardless of what's in the gun. Maybe a limit on how many items that can be used per turn would be a good idea? Handcuffs in particular are pretty busted when combined with things like knife and magnifying glass.
