I've got the problem showed in the first link.

I tried redownloading the game a bunch of times, I tried manually putting the .lzh file in the folder showed in the error but it gets deleted after I retry the setup, I even tried downloading the RTP but nothing.

Can you try uploading a pre-built version of the game? I know the feeling of people unable to play your game for technical reasons and I want to help you prevent it.

The game is really cute, I LOVE the art style and looking forward to future projects!

I can only get the normal ending tho, I think I'm supposed to be able to unlock a certain event, I followed the three events order listed in the notebook but it doesn't change anything in the room during the evening :(

Have you tried doing them in the order shown? That should do the trick!

Oh I was doing the wrong second event, I did it!
I was expecting a big mystery reveal but the wholesome ending surprised me even more haha
