Ntr is a MUST but it should depend on your decisions in game so it won't feel like all options are meaningless because you'll still get the same results or just get different sx scenes. It will provide better experience knowing that each options actually matter.
I thank you for not forcing your taste in games on others while still respectfully giving your opinion. I struggle with NTR content because it makes me feel bad, but understand that others enjoy it.
