there is a event where a woman called Tania calls you and then there's a small credits scene.
Im not sure if that happenned i dont remember but i think i did finish the game
you just learn about her name in 1 line of text so is possible you forgot about her, maybe you had an event with Bianca and Isabella working on the farm with you?
