pregnancy/impregnation with a hint of lactation/breast expansion. Also down for some good old fashioned mind control/corruption.
If magic gets mixed in, I'm even down for hyper-preg.
All of which sound like they could be abused really easily with an enterprising tyrant looking to build or modify particular populations under their rule with a little eugenics (which i'd only advocate for in a game like this).
