Honestly you dont have to follow this advice because -uhh yeah.
I don't know much about what's going on or the whole scenario but you should communicate with your "friends" on this. It's completely disrespectful to ignore somebody, ESPECIALLY a friend. If they can't give you enough respect not only as a friend, but as a person, then you should dump them. You deserve more than people who mistreat you, but I can't force you to do anything. Sooo yeah.
