How to find the night chaser.do I need to have a car first.i goes to shinie town many time and didn't get the random encounter
Also my dog seem to bug.i can't ask him to fetch something even after waiting one day(first it did work but out of the blue it started bugging I can't ask him to fetch something and can't share raw meat which I own in my inventory)
