Thanks for Telling Me! I made Santa smaller and made the presents spawn only on the screen and added incentive to get presents by the score going down slowly.
It feels better with the presents only on screen but I think the hitbox of santa doesn't match the model now. Getting some collisions below and to the right more than visually expected. Awesome turnaround on the updates though!
I was definitely able to play longer and get a higher score with the changes and understanding that I had to be more careful of my feet was something I could adjust for once discovered.
