Read the epub and didn’t have any issues with it (there were a couple of blank pages but that’s probably just my reader)
Fun fact the tree on the cover image is (probably) a Moreton Bay Fig! They’re native to Australia and have very fun roots, but while they were being cultivated in the US in the 1870s, I can’t find any reference to them outside California, making it unlikely that this is the Heart Tree. (Not that I’d know I’m from West Aus, just recognized the tree and thought others might find it interesting :3)
