First, you gotta talk dirty to the maid, troll anita and hit anita. Do this process 3 times. Then when anita's complete naked, ignore her and just hit maid. Don't forget to heal yourself when necessary. Once anita is gone, you gotta do this:
1. Shout, then lusty action
2. Talk dirty, then lusty action
3. Flirt, then n°1
4. Flirt, then n°2
5. Lusty action, then take duster.
I'm not sure for the n°5 btw :P
