Thanks for the list, this was very helpful. I pushed a new build which solves the Vampire Dentures and trapped chests, and attempted to solve the crash, which seems to be due to a memory leak after playing for too long. I'm not sure if it did solve it but hopefully so.
Due to time restrictions and because of the way the UI is set up, the layering of the big enemies won't be solved, nor will the glow of the portal.
