We talked about this on Discord but for visitors I'll add the way to do it here:
- Put the sessions (.mmm files) into your download folder. IIRC Quest 2 does have a file browser either as an app or in the settings
- When in MMM, when you go to Sessions -> Import -> Local, then you should see the files ready for import
