Decided to check this out again after a long time of not checking the updates. I think last version I played was like 0.2something. Seems like quite a lot has been done and added but there seem to be a lot of UI bugs and inventory bugs, as well as buying/selling bugs.

Items vanishing from inventory, and inventory contents exceeding the maximum scroll length of the menu, to name a few.

Great progress on fleshing out the world and adding characters with dialogue (the mortician android is pretty sweet addition). Voice acting it great and having collectibles and stuff is really neat.

So many UI related bugs have really messed up the experience, so I hope that all gets cleaned up and sorted out.

Among other buggy things, asking the clunkers to clean up crime scenes that have dead bodies doesn't always seem to work. I've also had merchant buy/sell menus pop up when supposedly looting containers like the big trash bins, instead of the expected contents of the bin. Selling to merchants will always sell the top most thing in the inventory, and not the thing you have selected. This in turn seems to mess up your entire inventory and items start to disappear and do weird stuff. I've also had my "home" button on the wrist gaunlet thing stop working and I can't get back to the menu with the inventory/settings/etc buttons. The only way to get it back is to leave the area.

Lastly I just wanted to comment about the "lavatory" scene - the facial animations and expressions on the NPC is astounding. I can't wait to see if other NPCs will act and look like this guy. Adding collision to all bodies too, like some of the NPCs in the areas that seem to have no interaction yet, or maybe my save is really bugged out, not sure.

Anyway, going to start a fresh save and see if it messes up again... keep going this game is shaping up pretty nice so far, I had good success with doing bounty hunting jobs (though a bit easy at the moment) and interacting successfully with many aspects of the game so far.

Apartment 3 is creepy af, just saying.
