Some of these face models are quite rough. When oliver is sitting at the table discussing and whatever, he has a long neck that looks comical.
Other characters have weird faces in certain scenes. The beginning of the erotic book for example.

Regarding Oliver's long neck, I generally use the same character model to maintain the immersive experience. So if in some scenes his neck looks weird, it might be due to the pose or lighting. Regardless, I'll see what I can do.
Edit: While testing the game, I realized you might be referring to the conversations between Oliver and Ryan in Part 1.
I acknowledge that the render quality is somewhat poor at the beginning, but it improves significantly as you progress through the game. It was a learning curve for me, hence the uneven render quality.
