Texture Issue and App Crash

Been using this for quite a while, its excellent btw. A truly lovely tool for any aspiring vtuber or someone who just wants to make a little avatar or something.
Only as of the last couple days have I had a major issue pop up. At present, any pre-made detail assets in the "glasses" customization tab appear as white despite any previously selected colors (if turned off and then on again, these detail parts return to normal color). More significantly, hotkeys do not work and I cannot manually change between model saves either. If I select one, then close the app and open it again, I am then stuck on the saved model I attempted to open previously instead. If I attempt to use hotkeys without "fixing" the all-white textures, the app closes immediately, every time. If I try downloading and opening any other release of the app, the same error follows me. I have also restarted the computer in use.

Hello! Can you please send me your save date file so I can look into what's causing this?

Go to the gear menu, scroll down to "open save data" and then in the folder that opens, send me the savedata.uwu file (I forget the exact name). Don't send it here unless you remove your twitch info first. You can email it to me at kyuppin@gmail.com

I will email you the data right away. Thank you! :)

I took a look at your save data and everything seems alright. It all works fine on my computer.

Are you using the 64-bit version? If you accidentally downloaded the 32-bit version at some point that may be messing it up, unsure. The 32bit version folder is called "vTuber Kit version (32Bit)" so just double check that.

Another possibility could be maybe the custom images got erased? open that folder again where you got the save data, then go into the CustomImages folder and make sure you have images with all of these highlighted names. (ignore the fumos)

If neither of those things helps, can you send me a video of you showing all the issues? Like a minute or so recording of the glitches so I can better understand. I may have to try sending you a special build with error logging or something to figure it out. But all your save data seems okay from what I can see.

Still coming up with issues. I'll record a little video of the problem soon and send it, either through here or email response or both, and have that to you soon.

I've got a little video showing the issues, I'll email it to you right away!

Sorry I was very busy over the week. I'll check it out today and see what I come up with. Will reply with an update soon.

If anyone has a similar problem in the future, we figured it out! Turns out that vTuber Kit's Unmoving Plaid feature was looking for an image file in the Textures folder that had been deleted. When it couldn't find the file, it was crashing/breaking. Reference image attached of solution #1 that will work for any other users. Solution #2 was to manually edit the save file and remove any lines in there that reference the missing image.

(Though to be honest, I don't think users will be able to find out specifically what image filename vTuber kit is looking for, so you may just have to remove any lines in the save data file that contain references to image filenames that no longer exist in the folder. You can do this by searching for any lines with "unmovingplaid" in them and checking the referenced image name.)

I'll be sure to patch this in the next version so it can't happen in the future.

Just to leave an update here, all has been working great again for the last few days post-fix. Thanks again Kyuppin for the lovely support and assistance with the issue, and I'm happy if any of my input assisted in future patches and bug removal for this fantastic program.
