For mobile it doesn't seem like you can progress through past the cave/serch for the clock because of the press Z mechanic. I also couldn't exit the store after buying armor.
Thanks for letting me know, I may look into making a "mobile-friendly" version of the game if the demand is there for it.
I have just updated the game so that you should be able to progress on mobile.
