I had an issue where the game would crash when I was reaching orgasm. I solved it by deleting the files in AppData. The temp / cache files are located in C:\Users\<Windows user>\AppData\Local\LifePlay
You can also get there by typing %AppData% in Windows Explorer's address bar. That will take you to C:\users\<Windows user>\AppData\Roaming\ and you navigate up to the AppData root to select the Local directory.
