The Mira part? i think 50 is max. so you can't do anything else to increase it.

That one requires a girl to be under 60 relationship with Ryen and given a love potion. The way i know how to get it is to give Tsubaki the love potion you get at the Academy at the beginning of the game. Sorry i can't be of more help.

https://renryuu.miraheze.org/wiki/Raids down near the bottom shows you what items are needed to make what item. It is random each time.

I already know the answer. The love potion had to be used at the start of the game because I was trying to replay it. And the mission was listed as completed. I was very sad that I had to go back and start over again.
