Use of the limitation
For the theme and limitation I made a major feature in the game be that everything you touch turns to ice. The slipperiness of everything you touch makes it much harder.

It's interesting, but the controls are a thing, It's funny to me see the crazy controls, but I'm weird XD, the majority will just frustrate

Good idea. However, the controls are confusing (speed changes randomly, although I think it is because of "being on ice"), the grappling hook has too long cooldown.

what would you advise for the cool-down as I wasn’t sure how long to put it to balance it so people don’t spam it through the whole level.

I am thinking you could collect a new grappling hook as a "power-up" or an item every few platforms. People would have to jump up to it to get it and use it as they please, but only once, so it adds a depth in deciding if this is the good time to use it. Then there would be checkpoints in case they fell down, so they can respawn and use that grappling hook again.

controls- very confusing,random speed changes suddenly turning on and of  gravitation.i also found myself not using the grapple much. it has a very long cooldown and half of my attempts to use it resulted in me falling. i would advise adding some sort of an indicator showing where it will move you.

Sorry about the grapple it should go to your mouse cursor but I understand some people won’t have the cursor because of full screen mode. The random speed changes are meant to be the inconvenient superpower so I should’ve explained that properly.
