It's because of the name change we did and sadly due to Ren'Py being really dependant on name structure there is no way to fix it.
BUT You can type in the konami code in the main menu of the game — Just type on your keyboard 🢁 🢁 🢃 🢃 🢀 🢂 🢀 🢂 🅱️ 🅰️ and it should unlock the whole gallery.
