I'm looking forward to the finished game and hope that it gets even more depth by the end, but the new afflictions system looks very punishing without you being able to prevent it, I think there should be items that prevent or at least slow down getting these afflictions , a class or even equipment that gets bonuses through high stats or prevents the stats from increasing is very necessary.   Lust is the next topic, it's annoying at the moment but can be ignored, but if you make lust worse, you should also think about giving the players more options to reduce it even during a run below 50%. Consumable items would probably be the easiest option for this, but there are definitely more options if you think about it. Lust can crit but doesn't get any bonus.
