You can usually tell when they're using their relation seemingly unnecessarily in responses to people.
If they're gonna censor it, they could do what Zombie Retreat does. It lets you enter what your "relation" is to the other girls so that way they can explicitly write it as incest but cover for themselves by saying "it's only incest if the player enters 'mother' as the relationship for that one MILF lady, and we totally don't have control over that!" It's honestly a pretty ingenious way to get around Patreon's recent kinkshaming of incest fetish stuff.
Even if I'm not into a fetish, I still support others being into it and the right for pornographic content to be made that features it. After all, kinkshaming is the pinaccle of throwing stones in glass houses...
