how can u exit the game in mac during the game because the button ESC doesn't work

i just force shut down the pc
but it mess up the pc and after like 5 minutes it showed me a BSOD

it's now available in mac and non lo so how to exit the game you need to do one thing to leave the game and it's force shutdown the PC
