I dont think its a problem with the file since other people can play the game without any problems maybe there might be a thing in the file that doesnt work in specific computers?

One possibility is that the antivirus software is malfunctioning and automatically deleting some of the files.
I checked my antivirus and its not doing anything to the file I even turned it off but it still wont load
any updates about it
