If you're still having issues triggering the next scene after double-checking all your items, can you email me a screenshot of your inventory with all the items and a second screenshot of the text Boofina is saying after showing her all those ingredients? My email is ohunico.contact@gmail.com! The only time people had trouble triggering that scene during testing was because of incorrect items in their inventory. Be especially mindful that you're holding a chopped RED mushroom, and not just a chopped mushroom - that was a common mistake!
