Can anybody tell me how I can update the game without losing all my already existing progress in a previous version?
The save data (in C:\Users\{your username}\AppData\Local\Secret_Care_Cafe on Windows) isn't deleted when you delete the game or install a new version, so your saves will appear in the new version of the game.
