Check that all of the following is true:
- Chapter 3 is complete (looks like it is)
- Poppy's story part 1 is complete (again, check)
- Queen of the Ring not in progress (It's not)
- Abbie is your girlfriend (check)
- You've played at least 5 days
- You're not at the part in Lola's story where you need to talk to her in school after getting drunk.
If all of these are right, I can take a look at the save, but I expect it'll just be one of them that's in the way of it starting.
