Lacie wears a red scarf - just like Eddie from AOD. Lacie has a white jacket and also wears black colors which is essentially the same color palette as Rachel from AOD.
Sai's sweatshirt is the same color as Zac of AOD's pants. Sai's shirt is the same color as Zac's sweatshirt. Only difference is Sai's sweatshirt is unzipped.
The scene where it says "murder" on the board looks kind of similar to the electric chair scene in AOD.
In my opinion, the creator was heavily inspired by AOD and just used a cleaner art style, changed some colors, and mix/matched some elements. Or the creator just happened to create models that are extremely similar to AOD characters.
That being said, I haven't actually played this game, and it does look fun. I like the concept of multiple endings, and everything really intrigued me. I was just genuinely shocked by the similarities between AOD and this game, especially since they are both RPG horror games.
