Maybe video codec need for PC, But it can be rersolved,

I resolve this bug by adding 4k video codec on PC, its work on windows 10 and lesser, on windows 11 this bug cant happen, i cant add video codec in the game, you neeed install video codec by yourself (this codec called HEVC(H.265))
How do you actually go ahead and do this though??
