You need to offer to suck him when he's at the restaurant at 2 AM or 12 PM and while he's not drunk. Of course you need to have the bj option unlocked with him. Hope this helps!

It depends on which shift he's on. If he's on day shift, you have to do it at noon. Otherwise, see him at 2 AM.
