There isn't a non-compressed 0.1.9 for PC. There's only a Mac download from 2 years ago.
Also, the version that was just made available for download a few hours ago is 0.1.8, not 0.1.9.

The Windows game is inside the mac version if that's any help.

CorruptedWorld-0.1.9-public-mac.zip\CorruptedWorld.app\Contents\Resources\autorun

Extract that folder and it should work, works for me anyway.
