Okay I believe I just bought it and it says for mobile APK but I'm unable to install on my phone do I need to move it to my laptop?

Unzip the downloaded archive, then upload the desired apk to your phone and install it. Recommended is _64, if not supported or laggy try the rest (check in the above/ main post more info about phone apk versions)
