Hey there, did you allow the game to "save and modify files" in your device?Looks like you have an S21 so hardware and android versions shouldn't be an issue.
hi, i appreciate the reply. I did have that on. I even uninstalled, moved my save files to a different folder, downloaded it again(from this site) moved save files back, and yet the exact same error code. I think my phone just hates me
