Okay, there's no way the you tuber I'm talking about would do that if they knew that Zepotha was fake, they'd tell us, they always tell us if it's an ARG or if there's suspicion of it being fake, and I mean ALWAYS. Maybe they did say it was fake, I did close the video immediately after hearing the word Zepotha, so maybe they did say something, and I didn't see. I should check. (And even if they didn't they probably didn't know then)
