In description and updates it's written that these are cosplays (which are supposedly dresses and hair wigs on the blue hair yandere girl from slave bar). You could also consider this an older version of nezuko, since she can change her body's age freely, or a time skip one with higher actual age yet changed body (again based on her skill).
