I received the same error message.
Update your computer by going to Windows Search (bottom left corner of your desktop on Windows 10) > Updates > Check For Updates System Setting > Click on "Check for Updates". Basically, open your computer's Settings and click "Check for Updates" under Windows Update. This worked for me.
