There's that question again lol. I don't want to offend anyone, but I have no idea what exactly the sex scenes will be in the future. I want to make an awesome story, that's what I'm focusing on. If I need to add any specific content for that, I will. There are no special fetishes in the plans so far, everything is pretty vanilla. What ideas I'll come up with next as development progresses, I have no idea. If you (not you specifically, but any player) are looking for a particular fetish or absence of one, then you probably shouldn't support the development of my game in advance, it's better for you to see what happens in the end and decide whether to buy it or not.
