nothing. developers made those units up on purpose to not specify how big exactly they are. you can only use them for comparison, for example, Hiro's is 3 units, Urka's is 18 units.
There are classic measurements still mentioned in the game itself. I think Harpy's cock is called foot long. Centaur's cock is two feet long. And there were some others.
