Where is it though

DISCLAIMER: I still support other genders, I am just personally not one of them

(+8)(-1)

the game really shows how gender doesnt have to be what you dont want it to, it shows lots of emphasis on what **you** as someone, whoever you may be, are welcome to feel comfortable in whoever you are, and this game made me really happy, too <3 keep going guys, your gonna do amazing things

(+3)

this game is cute, I love how maze-like it was, like the protagonist is stuck in endless cycles trying to find their gender, with the answer being so close, yet somehow out of reach. The only thing that made me not quite as immersed was that the game ran kinda shitty in some parts, but that's cause I've got a less powerful device so...

(+9)(-2)

I'm glad that this game is still getting good ratings and reviews despite the ignorance of some people in the comments.

(+5)(-1)

❤️

(+4)(-1)

omg i love the end!

(1 edit) (+4)(-1)

i noticed that once you walk into the first room with the pink and blue doors, the back wall will close in on you as you walk to the doors so the room becomes much smaller than it used to be. very nice little detail! i enjoyed it!

(+5)(-1)

My genda? I'm a mekanik

(-1)

really love it, but some how my vision is always pulled right

stick drift

thought so too, but I don't have any controller plugged in. 🤔

Anyone an Idea what else it could be? (had another game, where it always pulled left, so it must be something with my settings, but I don't know what and how to fix it) 😓

I honestly don't know lol

Sorry

(+5)(-1)

I love it, though I couldn't get myself to walk through the "he" door, just too hard :')

(+1)(-1)

Great game I like it!!

(+5)(-1)

This is so cool. I love the end where you turn around and there are so many doors <3

(+8)(-3)

Is there a masc room? I only saw a fem room.

(+1)(-2)

This game has some serious potential. An annoying thing was the music, it will loop with a large gap of silence after each one.  The whole layout makes as much sense as you would think (obviously), but the overall coolness meter is 10/10

(+5)(-1)

hell yeah. gender/10

(1 edit) (+2)(-1)

Great work! Gameplay mechanics are a bit of a dysphoria simulator, but at least it reflects the theme (don't believe a word, I am not a gamer).
But honestly, great idea. Love it! Will definitely come back to figure out how it works

(+3)(-1)

This game is amazing, i really like the pronoun room it was a nice way to try out some new pronouns.

(+3)(-1)

The room with the pronoun doors was the most helpful by far. It strengthened me in my choice of pronouns and that she/her are definitely the right ones for me.

(+7)(-2)

Im gonna be honest I've never understood why gender matter so much i feel like my gender identity is 'me' thats it not cis trans or anything else. I still dont understand the emotions behind it but I now understand what they mean so thats nice.

(1 edit) (+10)(-2)

somethn about the way "a person walks through the door" felt the most correct

like i consider myself cis just with a really weird relationship with pronouns but dayum hearing that just felt... clean? idk how to describe it

this was cool

(+6)(-2)

Thanks, it really helped me what all the things mean. and it helped me confirm what I am. but sadly this game doesn´t help with my not accepting parents

kinda reminds me of antichamber

(+11)

Really would have been nice to know there was VERY LOUD narration that starts out with "HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY GENDER IS", when I decided to play it on speakers in my family room :)

(+1)(-1)

cool 😎

(+3)(-21)

this game is so far left

(+3)

ok

(+6)(-4)

obviously. only leftists care about equal rights for all humans

(+2)

wtf is wrong with the controls

agreed

(+5)(-1)

soooo beautiful! I really like the idea for euphoria/dysphoria room. so creative! thanks <3

(+1)(-1)

It is cool but when I was reading I could barely find the way out and I almost threw up, but its still pretty cool.

(+8)(-57)

there are only 2 genders

(+32)(-4)

Sorry to say, but even if you mean to say there are only two biological genders that would still be wrong. People can be born intersex

(+4)(-38)

no there are 2 genders

(+10)(-4)

Dude, google "Hermaphrodite"

(1 edit) (+4)(-21)

there are no human hermaphrodites

(+9)(-2)

that would be incorrect

(+1)(-1)

yeah, there may be two genders, in your opinion, but respect that others have their own too.. dude.

If you post that in this games comments you are asking for trouble

(+2)(-9)

there are 2 genders only

(+6)(-3)

But apparently only one comment from you

(+3)(-1)

no, there are not

(+5)

theres only one gender and its

mine

you can't have it

(-5)

there's 2 genders idiot

(+3)

mom said its my turn on the gender

(+2)(-1)

And I'm neither

(+15)(-2)

This game feels like I'm reliving my self-discovery journey - learning about the terms, the pronouns, the community... Seeing myself trapped between two doors only to find out that, in the end, there was always a choice for me.

Even if people try to shut it out, hide, lie, and oppress it, none of that could make me change my mind about my true identity. None of that could erase the joy I felt in finding a community in which I finally fit.

This game is not only a great educational tool for those who are not familiar with all of these "new" terms and gender identities, but it's also a portrait of the beautiful experience of self-discovery. Thanks so much for this, I love you and I hope you're okay.

wake up to reality you delusional twat, dont blind yourself in this idiocy. there are only 2 genders and reality wont change just because you wish for there to be more.

(+3)

everytime people say stuff like this, another gender is created

(+1)

i have collected 10^298 genders so far

gaining more everyday slay girlies

(1 edit) (+3)(-19)

it turns out I'm a piece of shit!

Thanks.

(+6)(-2)

this is really something. ♥

(+6)(-2)

Such a lovely game!

(+7)(-2)

This was brillant

(+15)

You know what I learned about this game?

NO GENDER!!! ONLY RAGE!!! (And Love with a side of moral support) <3

Good game 10/10

(1 edit) (+7)(-1)

wow, this was just wow! it was so calming, the music set a unique mood and feeling that made it weirdly emotional for me. walking through all of it was just something else. I felt like for a moment I was in these worlds. And their was so much information that I didn't know! Just an incredible experience thats so replay-able. I love that there is also more links given in the learn more option that can start players on their own research adventure, it truly is a wonderful rabbit hole once you start putting effort into the learning. The pronouns area was so perfect too, loved it and went back to it for a little bit before exiting. I also love that this helps to even slightly show how gender, sex and sexuality isn't a new, trendy or western thing like many people think for some reason. Truly an incredible and fun game!

(+5)(-5)

There is no boy gender / the man / manly man man

(+3)

very cool with the non euclidean feeling, is it truly non euclidean or just made to feel like that?

(+3)

Well there is some trickery.

We spawn and despawn rooms out of the players view based on their position in relation to the room they are currently in and use portals that we project render textures onto in order to achieve some of the other effects.

In the queer tunnel the whole world truly turns around the tunnel axis thought =)

(-4)

good game finaly understood what all the names mean but i think there should be gender (male or female) and something else that will include all of those

(+8)(-5)

Well there is Sex, which is 90% Binary (Except for intersex, but that is a small outlier), and cannot be totally changed, and then there is Gender Identity, which is much more fluid and may change over time as people discover themselves more.

(+3)(-1)

It's indeed very important to understand and internalize the difference between biological sex and biological gender, and the many different ways your body expresses different forms of this "male v. female" binary (or something outside of the binary), and how these many poorly-organized biological mechanisms can sometimes very strongly disagree. Biology is so very messy, and English's blending of all possible male-female concepts (and, of course, the stuff in-between) into two simple worlds helps not at all.

Sending love to all our queer friends out there, just trying to figure out what they even are. In general, don't worry too much about it, do what makes you feel right.
