Beach tiles are not animated, but the Overworld pack got some animated water beach tiles if you want. I can send you the tiles or give you a download key if you want to take a look.
Grass cliff is a legacy tile I've removed in the past. I'll add it back to this pack later today (under legacy/legacy_tiles.zip)
