Hello i really liked the game and wanted to know more about it like the updates on the game and how the progress for the next update is going on and that you could possibly do blog updates on itch.io too

There is the public roadmap which provides ballparks for when new updates will be available. Current progress is that we're waiting on art and translations to be finalized before v0.2.0 comes out. That could be October or later, but hopefully before the new year.
As for the gap between Patreon and public releases, Patrons at the 10 dollar tier or higher will receive new versions at least two weeks before the public. That's not a hard rule, and is subject to change. I'll still post a blog update here on itch.io when a version goes out so you know to mark your calendars!

Edit:- also can you tell me about the 'content' since it has been told it is a nfsw game I would like to know more about that like is there going to be animations? If yes what kind? And for which of the girls first? Or is it been told about that in your patreon already?
