Just install Visual C++ for the game, it should fix the issue
how do you do that? because i've tried everything and nothing seems to be working
Look up Visual C++ Runtime on google, you should find several sources that you can download it from, mostly official ones, not sketchy ones, just download and install it, then run the game, it should work
